A1-R6 Session #1 Advanced Class at 6pm Thursdays
For Advanced youth and adults, Thursday nights at 6pm will review “The Three Ps” as a welcome-back exercise for students. We will work on the psychology of strength to the target instead of pushing.

Cost for 6-week session:
Adults 17 years of age and older: $100 + HST
Youth 12-16 years of age: $85 + HST
