Session 3 continues to prepare advanced students for indoor competition. Specialisation of technical aspects and individualised psychological, physical and equipment strategies continue and concentration challenges are presented include shooting candle flames. Video-taping continues every other week.
Students will be encouraged to shoot the Archery Canada 10-ring national championships during the weekend of March 5-6, 2016 to gain more competitive experience, if they feel they are ready for that challenge.
Dates are Thursdays from February 18 to March 31, 2016.
